Terms of Service

1 Acceptance of Terms
The Bizzy platform is provided through the website bizzyu.com, the Bizzy mobile application, and any other site or service that links to these Terms (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is associated with three separate legal entities (collectively, “Bizzy Entities”):
Bizzy Holdings LLC (“Bizzy Holdings”) owns the Bizzy platform technology, software, brand, and intellectual property and provides the technology platform.
Bizzy Deals LLC (“Bizzy Deals”) provides deal-related services, including subscriptions, Deal access, Deal benefits, Parent Pay, and Deal-related Promo Codes.
Bizzy Ticketing LLC (“Bizzy Ticketing”) provides ticketing and Event access services and ticketing-related Promo Codes.
By (a) using the Service, (b) creating an account, (c) redeeming a Deal or Promo Code, (d) signing up for a subscription, Parent Pay plan, or other paid feature, or (e) purchasing tickets or Event access, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2 About the Service
The Service provides a platform where participating third parties may offer:
vouchers, discounts, and other promotional incentives (“Deals”) through Bizzy Deals, and
tickets, cover, entry, or event access (“Events”) through Bizzy Ticketing.
Bizzy Entities do not control Merchant pricing, availability, quality, venue capacity, staffing, security, or Event Operator conduct.
3 Who You Are Contracting With
Depending on the feature you use, you are contracting with the following entity:
Bizzy Deals for Deals, subscriptions, Deal-related benefits, Parent Pay purchases, and Promo Codes applied to Deals or subscriptions.
Bizzy Ticketing for ticket purchases, Event fees, Event access, and Promo Codes applied to ticketing transactions.
Bizzy Holdings provides the platform technology only and does not provide Deals or Events.
Each Bizzy Entity is separate. No Bizzy Entity assumes the liabilities of another.
4 Definitions
“Merchant” means a third-party business offering Deals.
“Deal” means a Merchant-provided voucher, discount, offer, promotion, or incentive.
“Event Operator” means the venue, promoter, organizer, or third party responsible for hosting and controlling an Event.
“Event” means any ticketed experience, cover, venue entry, or event access offered by an Event Operator.
“Promo Code” means any promotional, discount, referral, gift, or credit code issued by Bizzy Deals or Bizzy Ticketing and redeemable for eligible transactions subject to restrictions.
“Chatbot” means any automated chat, AI assistant, or support tool provided through the Service, including tools that generate responses, summaries, or suggestions.
5 Merchant Compliance and Deal Exclusivity
Merchants are solely responsible for honoring, modifying, or discontinuing their own Deals.
Exclusivity claims are made by Merchants during onboarding. Bizzy Entities cannot guarantee a Merchant will not offer similar promotions elsewhere or refuse to honor a Deal.
Your sole remedy for a refused Deal is with the Merchant. Bizzy Entities are not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages resulting from Merchant actions.
6 Ticketing Disclaimer, No Event Operation, Revocable License
Bizzy Ticketing acts solely as a technology and ticketing facilitator. Bizzy Entities do not host, operate, manage, staff, supervise, sponsor, or control Events or venues.
All Events are organized, operated, and controlled exclusively by Event Operators. Bizzy Entities do not guarantee Event quality, safety, staffing, security, line position, seat location, or the appearance of any artist, performer, guest, or feature.
A ticket or Event access obtained through the Service grants the purchaser a revocable, non-transferable license to seek admission to the applicable Event, subject to the Event Operator’s and venue’s rules and discretion. This license may be revoked and the ticket may be canceled or voided for violations of these Terms, venue rules, or applicable law, except where prohibited by law.
7 Entry Not Guaranteed, Venue Discretion, No Transfers or Resales
Admission is subject to venue and Event Operator policies and discretion, including capacity limits, safety concerns, dress code, conduct standards, intoxication, prohibited items, ID checks, and other rules.
Ticket purchase does not guarantee entry. You may be denied entry for reasons outside Bizzy’s control. Except where required by law, denied entry due to venue policy, capacity, age or ID issues, intoxication, dress code, conduct, prohibited items, late arrival, failure to present a valid ticket, or rule violations is non-refundable.
No transfers or resales. Tickets and Event access are non-transferable and may not be resold, brokered, listed, or offered for resale, whether inside or outside the Service, unless Bizzy Ticketing explicitly permits it in writing for a specific Event. Any attempted transfer or resale may result in ticket cancellation without refund to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Event Operators may require the ticket purchaser to present valid ID that matches the order information. If the venue denies entry due to mismatch or inability to verify identity, no refund is owed except where required by law.
8 Alcohol, Tobacco, Nicotine, and Regulated Products
Bizzy Entities do not sell, serve, manufacture, distribute, or control alcohol, tobacco, nicotine products, or other regulated products.
Any alcohol-, tobacco-, nicotine-, or regulated-product-related Deal or Event is provided solely by third-party Merchants, venues, or Event Operators, who are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
9 Age-Restricted Deals and Events (21+)
By claiming a “21+” Deal or purchasing a “21+” ticket, you represent that you are at least 21 and will present valid government-issued photo ID at redemption or entry.
Purchasing a 21+ ticket while underage may result in denial of entry without refund, except where required by law. Bizzy Entities are not responsible for denied service or entry due to age, ID issues, venue discretion, intoxication, dress code, capacity, or policy enforcement.
10 No Endorsement
Bizzy Entities do not endorse or guarantee any Merchant, Event Operator, venue, product, service, or Event. You are responsible for verifying offers and resolving issues directly with the Merchant or Event Operator.
11 No Agency, No Partnership
Bizzy Entities are not agents, partners, joint venturers, representatives, or employees of Merchants or Event Operators, and have no authority to bind any Merchant or Event Operator. Merchants and Event Operators are independent third parties.
12 User Conduct
You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. Fraud, misuse, manipulation of Deals or ticketing, exploiting Promo Codes, reselling tickets where prohibited, or attempting to bypass eligibility verification may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
You agree not to:
attempt to transfer, resell, broker, list, or arbitrage tickets or Event access
use bots, scripts, automated tools, or bulk purchasing tactics to obtain tickets or abuse pricing
create multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, eligibility rules, or Promo Code restrictions
exploit, farm, resell, or manipulate Promo Codes, credits, referrals, or discount mechanisms
interfere with platform security or operations
use the Service for illegal purposes
13 Assumption of Risk for Events
You understand that Events may involve inherent risks, including crowd-related incidents, personal injury, illness, theft, property damage, or interactions with other attendees. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending any Event. Bizzy Entities are not responsible for such risks.
14 User Behavior at Events
You are responsible for your conduct at Events and for complying with all venue and Event Operator rules. Violations may result in denial of entry, removal, or ejection without refund except where required by law. Bizzy may suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated misconduct, fraud, or venue policy violations.
15 Health and Allergy Disclaimer
Bizzy Entities do not verify ingredient, allergen, or dietary information. Users with dietary concerns should confirm details directly with the Merchant.
16 Displayed Savings, Pricing, Listing Accuracy, and Listing Errors
Displayed discounts, “original” prices, lineups, times, and Event details are provided by Merchants or Event Operators and are estimates only. Actual savings and outcomes may vary by taxes, fees, availability, venue policies, or discretion.
Information displayed through the Service, including via the Chatbot, may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information and may be updated without notice.
Bizzy Entities may correct errors or inaccuracies at any time and may cancel or void transactions resulting from obvious errors to the extent permitted by law, including errors in Event listings, availability, pricing, or descriptions.
17 Moderation Rights and Content Removal
Bizzy may remove, modify, restrict, or disable any listing, Deal, Event, feature, or user content at any time for any reason, without liability, except where prohibited by law.
18 Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (including Apple, Stripe, payment processors, venues, and analytics). Bizzy Entities do not control these providers and are not responsible for third-party errors, outages, or disputes.
19 Payment Processing and Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by third parties.
Deal subscriptions and Apple in-app purchases are provided by Bizzy Deals and billed through your Apple ID under Apple’s terms.
Ticketing purchases and Event fees are provided by Bizzy Ticketing and processed through Stripe or another processor.
Parent Pay purchases are provided by Bizzy Deals and processed through Stripe checkout via a Parent Pay link.
Promo Codes do not change which entity is responsible for the underlying transaction.
Bizzy Ticketing may impose ticket quantity limits per person, per account, per payment method, or per Event. Bizzy may cancel orders, void tickets, and refuse service if it reasonably believes an order violates limits, involves fraud, abuse, bot activity, chargeback risk, attempted resale or transfer, or policy violations, except where prohibited by law. If an order is canceled, Bizzy may resell the tickets without further notice.
20 Subscriptions, Trial, and Auto-Renewal Disclosures
Bizzy Premium is an auto-renewable subscription provided by Bizzy Deals.
Price: $3.99 per month
Free Trial: 14 days free, then converts automatically to a paid plan unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends
Auto-Renewal: renews monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before the billing cycle ends
Payment: charged to your Apple ID at confirmation and renewals within 24 hours of period end
Manage or Cancel: in Apple ID settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription
No Refunds: non-refundable except where required by law
Taxes: applicable taxes may apply and are your responsibility
By subscribing, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
21 Parent Pay Program
Parents or friends may purchase Bizzy Premium for a student through Bizzy Deals’ Stripe checkout using a Parent Pay link. Parent Pay purchases are outside the Apple App Store and are non-transferable to Apple subscriptions. All Parent Pay sales are final except where required by law.
22 Promo Codes, Gift, and Referral Codes
Promo Codes have no cash value, are non-transferable unless explicitly stated, and may be limited by time, quantity, geography, eligibility, Merchant restrictions, or Event restrictions.
Promo Codes may be restricted to specific Events, dates, venues, or user groups and may be disabled or reversed if applied to transactions that violate these Terms, including attempted ticket transfer, resale, botting, or abuse, except where prohibited by law.
Bizzy may void, suspend, revoke, or refuse redemption for fraud, abuse, manipulation, resale, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms. Promo Code redemptions are final once applied, except where required by law.
23 Refunds, Chargebacks, and Disputes
All purchases, subscriptions, ticket purchases, and code redemptions are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals may result in immediate account suspension or termination. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute for a ticketing transaction, Bizzy Ticketing may cancel the associated ticket(s) and revoke Event access, except where prohibited by law.
You agree to cooperate and provide information reasonably requested to resolve disputes. Failure to cooperate may result in denial of claims and continued suspension. Bizzy may ban accounts, devices, payment methods, or identifiers associated with chargebacks or repeated disputes.
24 Event Changes, Cancellations, Event Operator Terms, and Force Majeure
Event details may change at any time at the discretion of the Event Operator, including time, location, lineup, rules, capacity, and policies. Bizzy Entities are not responsible for changes, cancellations, postponements, or disruptions.
Events may be subject to additional terms, rules, and policies from the Event Operator or venue. If there is a conflict, Event Operator or venue rules govern on-site entry and conduct, and these Terms govern platform access, payments, accounts, and enforcement actions.
Bizzy Entities are not liable for event cancellations or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, acts of God, venue closure, government action, safety threats, power or internet outages, cyberattacks, or similar events.
Refunds, if any, are governed by the Event Operator’s policy and applicable law.
25 Ticket Delivery, Device Requirements, and Scanning
Tickets may be delivered electronically and may require access to the Service, a functioning device, sufficient battery, and connectivity. You are responsible for arriving early and ensuring you can present a valid ticket in the format required by the venue.
Venues may use third-party scanning systems and may reject altered, duplicated, or improperly presented tickets. Bizzy Entities are not responsible for venue scanner failures, connectivity issues at the venue, operational delays, or delays in entry processing.
26 Pre-Paid Plans
Pre-paid plans grant access for the purchased duration while the applicable service is offered. No refunds if the service is later discontinued, subject to statutory rights.
27 Parental Consent and Payment Authorization
If you are under 18, you must have parent or legal guardian permission to use the Service and authorize any payments. Parents and guardians are responsible for activity under a minor’s account. Bizzy Entities are not liable for unauthorized purchases made without such consent.
28 Suspension for Non-Payment, Fraud, or Abuse
Bizzy may suspend or terminate access for failed payments, suspected fraud, misuse, chargebacks, or security concerns. Bizzy may ban accounts, devices, payment methods, or identifiers associated with abuse.
29 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account.
30 Eligibility Verification and Anti-Fraud Checks
Bizzy may use automated and manual methods to verify eligibility and prevent fraud, including verifying student status, identity, or account integrity. Bizzy may deny, limit, suspend, or terminate access if verification fails or if Bizzy reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
31 Intellectual Property
All platform technology, trademarks, and code are owned by Bizzy Holdings or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service without written consent.
32 User-Generated Content
You may not upload or post illegal, obscene, hateful, or infringing material. By submitting content, you grant Bizzy Holdings a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content. Bizzy may remove or edit content at any time.
33 Feedback License
Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used without restriction or compensation.
34 DMCA and Repeat Infringer Policy
Send takedown notices to contact@bizzyu.com in accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3). Bizzy may terminate accounts of repeat copyright infringers.
35 Communications Consent
By using the Service, you consent to receive transactional communications related to purchases, ticket instructions, account security, eligibility verification, and operational messages, including via email, push notification, or SMS where provided. Standard message and data rates may apply. Marketing communications are optional and include opt-out instructions.
36 Chatbot and AI Feature Disclaimer
The Service may include automated support tools, chatbots, or AI features (“Chatbot”). The Chatbot may produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information and may not reflect current Merchant, Event Operator, venue, pricing, availability, refund, entry, age restriction, or policy requirements.
Chatbot outputs are provided for informational purposes only and are not professional advice (including legal, medical, safety, financial, tax, or compliance advice). You are responsible for verifying all information directly with the Merchant, Event Operator, venue, or other authoritative source before acting on Chatbot outputs.
Bizzy Entities do not guarantee Chatbot accuracy or suitability and are not liable for actions you take or fail to take based on Chatbot outputs, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
37 Services Provided “As Is”
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind.
38 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bizzy Entities are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits.
Without limiting the foregoing, Bizzy Entities are not liable for Merchant refusal to honor a Deal, denied entry, venue discretion, capacity limits, alcohol-related incidents, personal injury at Events, property damage, travel or lodging expenses, or the conduct of Merchants, Event Operators, venues, or third parties.
If liability is found, Bizzy Entities’ total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to the responsible Bizzy operating entity in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) $50, unless a higher minimum is required by law.
39 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bizzy Entities from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Service, misuse of Deals or ticketing, violations of venue policies, underage purchase attempts, intoxication, or your attendance at Events, including claims related to your conduct or content.
40 Notice of Dispute and Informal Resolution
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first send a written Notice of Dispute to contact@bizzyu.com including your name, the email tied to your account, a description of the issue, and the relief you seek. You agree to allow 30 days for informal resolution before filing arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
41 Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis. No class, consolidated, or representative actions are permitted.
Either party may bring eligible claims in small claims court. Arbitration may be conducted remotely unless otherwise required.
You may opt out of arbitration by emailing contact@bizzyu.com within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms.
If any portion of the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, the remainder of this arbitration provision will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
42 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
43 Export and Sanctions Compliance
You may not use or export the Service in violation of U.S. export laws or sanctions regulations.
44 Right to Audit and Investigate
Bizzy may request documentation (including student ID screenshots) to verify eligibility or investigate suspected abuse. Failure to cooperate may lead to suspension.
45 Assignment and Change of Control
Bizzy may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights without written consent.
46 Survival
Sections concerning intellectual property, user content licenses, feedback, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration, governing law, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
47 California Consumer Notice (Cal. Civ. Code §1789.3)
California residents may report complaints to the Division of Consumer Services, Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834 or (800) 952-5210.
48 Accessibility Statement
Bizzy strives for accessibility and aims for WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. If you experience accessibility barriers, email contact@bizzyu.com.
49 Entire Agreement and Updates
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the applicable Bizzy entity regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
