  • BIZZY IS NOT LIABLE for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the app.

  • BIZZY DOES NOT GUARANTEE the accuracy, reliability, or availability of deals listed by merchants.
  • USERS ASSUME ALL RISK when redeeming deals, including product quality, service disputes, and personal injuries.

9. Payment Processing Disclaimer

All payments are handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, Apple Pay). Bizzy does not store or process payment details and is not responsible for fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or billing disputes.

10. No Guarantee of Service Availability

Bizzy does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, or permanent availability of deals. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the app at our discretion without liability.

11. Savings Disclaimer

The discounts and savings displayed on Bizzy are estimates based on information provided by merchants. Actual savings may vary due to taxes, service fees, tipping policies, regional pricing differences, or merchant discretion.

Bizzy does not guarantee that the stated discount or savings will always perfectly match the final amount a user saves when redeeming a deal. Users are encouraged to confirm deal details directly with the merchant before purchase or redemption.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The discounts and savings displayed on Bizzy are estimates based on information provided by merchants. Actual savings may vary due to taxes, service fees, tipping policies, regional pricing differences, or merchant discretion.

  • This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, per the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.
  • No class actions are permitted—users must file claims individually.
